If I have any queries about the membership or club, who do I speak to?


Our team members are always happy to help you with any questions or feedback you have. If you’d prefer to speak to the Gym Manager just let our reception team know. If the Manager isn’t immediately available the reception team will ensure you are contacted by them as soon as they possibley can.

Can i bring a friend to the club?


Absolutely! If a visiting friend or family member wants to workout with you, they’ll receive access to the same privileges as you for a nominal fee.

Do I need to bring my own towel?


No. We do offer all of our customers towel hire for only $2 a session. You will need a towel to dry off equipment before you start your session.

What happens if I have lost something in the change rooms?


Please let reception know as soon as possible, to check if someone has already handed the item in. However, we can’t be held responsible for mislaid items.

What if I lose my membership card?


Don’t worry. Let reception know and they’ll issue you with a new one.

Are the team first aid trained?


Yes, we always have team members trained in first aid on duty. In the unlikely event that someone is injured, there are also first aid boxes located inside the gym.
