This low-impact group fitness workout designed for the mature participant or beginner lets you choose how hard you work.
You are talked step-by-step through the entire class by a skilled instructor while listening to old style tunes and having lots of fun!
MIND & BODY
Take time out for you, slow down the pace of daily life, reduce your risk of injury, relieve stress and feel great.
An early morning Power Yoga session. Focusing on core strength, flexibility, mind, body breath awareness and stretching.
BODYBALANCE™ is the Yoga, Thai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility, strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
YOGA (2-4)
Experience the benefits of improved core strength, flexibility, mind-body and breath awareness through practicing a series of stretches, postures and poses - Yoga is suitable for anyone and everyone!
A 30 minute power yoga session with a short relaxation/meditation period at the end. Get out of your workplace and enjoy your lunch break in a different way.
CARDIO
RPM™ is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials and intervals. Discover your inner athlete - sweat and burn to reach you endorphin high!
H.I.I.T (3-5)
High intensity interval training; with new workout challenges in every class, the full functional training benefits are designed to get your key muscles firing all at once, in one 45 minute session, that will give you the greatest workout possible.

SCULTP, STRENGTH & CORE STABILITY
LESMILLS BODYPUMP™ (2-4)
BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for.
AND FAST!
BODYSCULPT (2-4)
A body shaping and toning class which incorporates step and resistance training. This class will improve your strength, muscular endurance and boost your metabolism.
C-C-X (3-5)
Cross Circuit Extreme- is a workout designed to challenge the whole body and done in a circuit format. This is a unique program done in either the 55 minute morning class or the 30 minute lunchtime special.
